Rose Buds Public School was started by the present president of Rose Buds Education Society, Mrs. Davinder Kaur under the dynamic leadership of the founding father of the school Col. Satpal Singh in the year 1997. The name Rose Buds coined its name on the lines that when a child is small, he is like bud of a rose, the school in the form of gardener nurtures the child with the best of education and imbibe a sense of discipline in the child to transform into a beautiful and mature rose thus making a child a responsible citizen, and since the opening of school, the school has grown from strength to strength scaling new heights every year. At this critical juncture, Mrs. Harpreet Kaur, the Principal of Rose Buds joined hands to take the vision of Col. Satpal Singh. Her zeal, enthusiasm and creative ideas has immensely contributed to the growth of the school and the school strength has now increased to approx 450 students. The combined efforts of the management and the staff has raised the school to the higher secondary standard. Our students have been appearing in the board examinations for the last 11 years and have been doing extremely well with Meritorious results.The school added another feather in its cap by starting a new branch for kindergarten and a personality development center by the name of Rose Buds Educational World which is major attraction to this garden of education. The school is associated with Punjab School Education Board and the education is purely imparted in English medium on the PSEB and CBSE pattern with highly learned, educated and dedicated staff. The motto of the school: CHARACTER IS THE GREATEST VIRTUE OF A MAN itself speaks that a special care is taken to build the character of a ROSE BUDIAN right from the childhood.
